Design is a simple post and beam construction. The end walls are 1.2 on centre, but the long walls have end panels that are shorter to expand to the allowable 30 m². This creates the opportunity for them to be bracing panels for earthquake (calculations are needed). No welding, all elements bolted together with plates. All designed so that if the interior has exposed metal, it is visually attractive
